There was one near the main street (I can't remember the side street) where I found the most gorgeous things, all under $10 (about 5 pounds in England, which is about as cheap as it gets) I walked out with a great wool coat and some Shetland Wool sweaters and a cashmere twinset. I wish I could be more specific about the location, but that was in 2000!
