    <summary type="html">I've been to the "Charity Shops" (British for Thrift Store) in St. Andrews, Scotland while my husband was golfing (I went out for a round on the "Old Course"  the day before and I think the weather is the real "hazard" in Scotland so stuck with shopping after that).  There was one near the main street (I can't remember the side street) where I found the most gorgeous things, all under $10 (about 5 pounds in England, which is about as cheap as it gets)  I walked out with a great wool coat and some Shetland Wool sweaters and a cashmere twinset.  I wish I could be more specific about the location, but that was in 2000!</summary>

I'm specifiacally interested in Venice, Vienna, Innsbruck/the Tirol, Prague, London, Cambridge and Manchester and would love any tips you got.</summary>
